For all who are planning to attend the August Retreat, the last day for us to receive a check, money order, or Zelle payment for complete registration is July 31, 2026.

The Registration Fee is included in the Room Fee, and is Non-Refundable.

My most loved retreat was attended by only 17 survivors, ten or more years ago.  This past January, we regretted having to cancel the retreat.  It was a cold winter in many respects.

Please talk among yourselves, with your recovery partners, sponsors and sponsees, even at the announcement times in your meetings, to help make your plans for the August 2026 Retreat.

Theme: "It's Not Your Fault It Never Was"

Location: Fellowship Deaconry, 3575 Valley Rd, Basking Ridge, NJ 07920, USA

(This is a Christian Retreat Center and may have icons.)

Retreat date: Friday, August 14 – Sunday, August 16

Retreat registration: $50 per person is “Included in the Room Fee”

Private room fee: $375 (6 meals included)

Shared room fee: $325 (6 meals included)

Early arrival date: Thursday, August 13

Early arrival private room fee: add $100

Early arrival shared room fee: add $75

Register and pay in full by July 31

Final registration deadline is July 31st

No Walk-Ins Allowed.

Full payment required before your arrival.

Retreat registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. You will be notified of receipt of your registration payment by email. Please make sure to provide the correct contact phone number and email address.

All workshops, meetings, and fellowship

Snacks, coffee, tea, bottled water

Friday dinner with light refreshments; feel free to bring snacks to share!

Saturday breakfast, lunch, and dinner

Sunday breakfast and supper

Check-in: 3:00 p.m.  Friday, August 14

Early check-in: 3:00 p.m.  Thursday, August 13

Note:  August 13th is for fellowship, fun and games (or sleeping). Dinner for Thursday arrival is not included. There are fabulous eateries nearby. Friday breakfast and lunch are also NOT included.

Check-out: 1:00 p.m., Sunday, August 16 (after supper)

Please pack up and return your keys after breakfast at our closing circle, where you can also submit your retreat surveys.
